A lot of people say that you can’t enjoy food if you follow such a lifestyle. I disagree. Over a period of time, people have developed a “bad” habit of consuming wrong food and now their taste buds are adapted to it. However, you can develop a habit of healthy food and eventually you will enjoy it.
